The Notebook
The Notebook sits at the centre of the programme. It is where the process is documented — not the outcome. This is not a collection of race reports, results or highlights. Those exist elsewhere. What matters here is how performance is developed. Each entry is written alongside the work itself — after test days, race weekends, time spent in the garage, and the ongoing process of understanding how the car behaves and why. It is where everything is brought together.
Driving, preparation, mechanical understanding
The Notebook
Racing is about far more than what happens between the green flag and the chequered flag.
The Notebook is where we record the journey behind the results. The good weekends and the difficult ones. What Harrison is learning behind the wheel, in the workshop and from the people around him. The mistakes, breakthroughs and small details that gradually make a driver better.
Some entries are about driving and racecraft. Others are about understanding the car, rebuilding a gearbox, preparing for a race weekend or working out why something didn’t work. And sometimes they are simply about the experiences and people that are shaping Harrison as he grows up in motorsport.
There will be successes here, but this isn’t intended to be a collection of victory reports. The interesting part is often what happened before the result, what went wrong along the way, or what Harrison learned afterwards.
Because the aim has always been bigger than simply winning races.
It’s about learning the craft, becoming useful to the people around you, understanding the machinery and continuing to improve.
The Notebook is the record of that process.
